- What are my domestic (USA) shipping options?

All products ship from California and we utilize USPS (United States Postal Service) shipping services. Shipment times are as follows (for up to 6 bottles). Please see the Order Form for pricing:
- USPS Priority (2-3 days)
- USPS Express (1-2 days)

Fedex shipping is no longer offered due to higher shipping costs. Please contact customer service if USPS does not deliver to your location and Fedex service can be arranged.


- Do you ship to my country?

All products ship from the United States and we utilize USPS (United States Postal Service) to ship internationally. Shipment prices are as follows (for up to 6 bottles). Please see the Order Form for pricing:
- USPS Global Priority (2-3 weeks)
- USPS Global Express (7-10 days)

Some countries have strict regulatory rules regarding shipment of medicines and supplements, so you can check your country's importing rules here: http://pe.usps.com/text/imm/immctry.htm . Our outgoing shipments are labeled as 'non-prescription herbal supplement'. We do not refund for any products seized by customs.


- Is this product correct for my condition, or my pet's condition? Do you have a dosing recommendation?

Due to the variety of conditions that our products are used for, we are unable to recommend whether certain products or dosages are appropriate. The best resource is your personal doctor/oncologist/veteranarian, as they know the particulars of the situation.


- Do you offer bulk or physician pricing?

We currently offer discounts for bulk orders only. The discount structure for our artemisinin capsule products is as follows:

1 dozen : 15% off
4 dozen : 35% off
20 dozen : 50% off

Orders must be apart of one shipment, and does not have to be of the same product- mixing and matching is allowed. There is no special physician pricing at this time.


- What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns/exchanges made after 14 days of ship date will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We only accept returns/exchanges of unopened bottles. Customers will also be responsible for paying the initial shipping and handling fee, as well as shipping for the return item. Bulk/discounted orders will be subject to more conditions. Please contact our offices for more details.


- Can I order by phone?

Due to the rising costs of artemisinin, our company has shifted to an online order only system in order to help keep our prices low. Therefore we have no full-time staff receiving calls. Our staff is readily available through e-mail should you have any questions.


- Do you have any literature on artemisinin and its compounds?

A good starting point for research on artemisinin and other similar substances can be found on one of our long time customers' website: http://www.keepblairalive.com/links.html#arte .

Unfortunately some of the research is outdated and links broken, but hopefully this will be a good starting point. There is also extensive information on the website about our customer's treatment methods and results. We do not necessarily recommend you follow exactly the information on the page, since everyone's conditions differ and may require different treatments. But we hope this is a good starting point for you.


- How soon will my order be shipped after my order is placed?

Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days after an order is placed, unless there are problems with the order. If so, you will be contacted by e-mail with the nature of the problem.


- Do you have any retail outlets where I can pick the product up?

Unfortunately, we do not have any retail outlets for product pickup.
